How much is UK/USA delivery?
Our delivery charge is usually free for UK and USA orders. For items with incurred charges this will be calculated at checkout.
How long will it take to get my package?
We aim to dispatch our orders as quickly as possible, each items have different dispatch time and delivery time. However we aim to deliver heavy furniture within 7–14 days of purchase. There is a different lead time for Made to order products which will be 16 -20 weeks. This will be communicated on the product page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to Europe, and every state in the USA. We offer free shipping on both regions.
How do I return something?
Please email customer@photizohomes.com with your order number and the reason for return and we will provide you with the details you need. Please note we do not accept CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS, returns are only accepted if there is a manufacturing fault or defect and this should be communicated 24 hours after items are delivered. We are unable to accept returns after this time has lapsed.
What happens if I have a damaged order?
Please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery and we will happily replace the damaged items. Please be aware that we may ask you to return the goods or request photographic evidence of the damage.
